Native to Mexico, Mammillaria compressa features cylindrical stems covered in white spines, and produces stunning, bright pink flowers. Commonly called the 'Mother of Hundreds', this species readily produces numerous offsets, eventually forming large, dense clumps that make an impressive display.
Keep in a place receiving plenty of daylight. Water sparsely - once in 5-6 days in summer. Reduce watering significantly in winter. Never water when the soil is moist. Use a well draining succulent potting mix, preferably Cinder.
